Eat Clean’s Green Detox Smoothie

Indulged a bit too much over the weekend and in need of a detox fix to cleanse your body from all those toxins? Check out our delicious and easy to make Green Detox Smoothie recipe.

Green smoothies are one of our favorite detox remedies as they are packed with good nutrients, extremely quick to prepare and full of delicious fresh flavors!

Ingredients (makes two servings)

  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup of baby spinach
  • 1 cup of torn kale leaves
  • Handful fresh mint
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients into a blender
  • Blend until texture is smooth
  • Transfer smoothie into two jars
  • Garnish with kiwi slices and sprinkle with chia seeds

And you’re done! Enjoy every sip with your favourite person :)
