How can I filter through the products on Eat Clean:

There is a special search section on our platform that you can use to filter the products according to your needs with our 12 nutrition categories.

What type of products are listed on Eat Clean?

As our name implies, we offer only quality healthy food. We ensure to hand-pick only the most trusted, healthiest and tastiest products available in the city

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, the minimum order value varies depending on the vendor you order from.

Can I order without creating an account?

Yes, there is an express check-out option. Simply input your full name, mobile number and delivery address on the check-out page.

Once you are familiar with the service we provide, you can create an account which will give you a more personalized experience. This will allow you to add items to favorites, re-order previous orders as well as input your dietary requirements so we can recommend dishes that are relevant to your needs.

How long will my order take to arrive?

This is dependent on the vendor; the average delivery time is available on each vendor's page. However, we ensure that a maximum delivery time of 24 hours is respected by all vendors.

How do I know if my order has been sent?

For users that are logged in, you can check your order status in "My Dashboard" tab.

Is there a delivery charge?

This is dependent on the vendor you order from, but most of them do not have a delivery charge.

How can a voucher code be redeemed?

Your voucher code can be inputted in the checkout page.

Which emirates do you deliver your meal plans to?

Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah

How does your menu work?

- The menus are set and rotate on a daily and weekly basis.

- We do not give the option of selecting meals. In case you have any dislikes, you can share up to 3 of them in the comments section and we will ensure to avoid them.

- The fitness plan can be made pescatarian.

- The plan generally comes with 3 meals and 2 snacks. If you would like to go for less meals per day please email us at and we will share all the necessary details to proceed with your order.

What's the ordering process?

- The original price of the plan is for 5 days, once you add item to cart you will have the option of increasing the period to 10, 15 or 20 days. The price is added to the original price of the 5 day plan.

- Your plan will start after 48 hours of placing the order.

- If you place your order on Wednesday the plan will start on Sunday.

- If you would like the plan to start on Friday please mention that in the comments after adding the plan to cart.

When do you deliver?

- The meal plan bag will be delivered every morning before 6AM and will be left outside your door in a cooler bag that includes all your meals for the day.

- Please leave the cooler bag from the day prior outside your door every evening so we can replace it with a new bag of goodness for the next day.

- In case there are any changes to the delivery location or meal plan, we need to be informed at least 48 hours in advance (before 1:00PM) to manage the request.

- Generally there will be no deliveries on Friday and Saturday, if you would like us to deliver over the weekend please mention it in the comments once you add the item to cart.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

- Please note that all payments are non-refundable. Should you wish to stop your package mid-way, you may transfer your days balance to a family member or friend.

Do you have a pescatarian plan?

Yes, the pescatarian option falls under the Fitness category and we can surely cater to this.

Can I pause my plan if I am traveling?

Yes, you can pause your plan for up to 10 days. The meal plan is valid for 90 days from purchase date, so all days need to be consumed within that time period.

Can I customize the number of meals and snacks per day?

Yes, you can email us at if you have a requirement that isnt available on the website and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I exclude ingredients from my plan?

You can share up to 3 dislikes in the comments section and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I choose my meals?

No, the menus are set and rotate on a daily basis.

If I don't like the food, can I cancel my plan?

All payments are non-refundable. Should you wish to stop your package mid-way, you may transfer your days balance to a family member or friend.

Can I speak to a nutritionist?

Yes, you can view our nutrition packages here.

What if something is wrong with my order?

We have a dedicated customer service team that is working on ensuring a smooth process from the moment we receive your order until it is delivered to your door step. However, we do recognize that sometimes things might go wrong which are not in our control. You can contact us at or on 600545542 for any queries or concerns.

What if I want to edit my order?

Contact our customer service team at or on 600545542 if you need to add, remove or change items from your order. We'll do our best to make sure your request goes through.

Am I able to cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. Please note that you will not be able to cancel your order later as the vendor would have started preparing your order. For debit and credit cards refunds please refer to our terms and conditions.
