Vegetarian Meal Plan
Length of plan: You can choose from as little as 5 and up to 20 days.
Number of meals: You can choose as low as 2 meals and up to 5 meals per day, which includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks.
Calories: Our standard 5 meals per day plan consists of:
1,100 – 1,400 calories/day for weight loss.
1,400 - 1,800 calories/day for maintenance.
1,800+ calories/day for building up.
Menu: You can choose your menu on our app after purchasing your plan.
