TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to eatcleanme.com, a service of Food Solutions Tech FZCO ("we", "us", or "our", “EatClean ME”, “EatClean”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services. For questions, contact us at info@eatcleanme.com.
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
EatClean ME is an online platform allowing users to order healthy meal plans through eatcleanme.com and mobile applications. Meal plans are delivered to customers at their designated address on a daily basis throughout the period of their purchased plan.
2. ORDERING, PAYMENT, CANCELLATION
Upon purchase, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable UAE law. If a cancellation is requested before meal preparation has commenced, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order value will apply. EatClean reserves the right to assess when preparation has commenced.
3. ISSUES AND COMPLAINTS
Customers are advised to inspect all delivered meals immediately upon receipt. Any complaints relating to product quality, quantity, or any other issue must be submitted within three (3) hours from the end of the scheduled delivery time.
Complaints can be submitted through our official customer service channel: +971 58 540 6989 (WhatsApp).
Due to the nature of our products — freshly prepared meals with a limited shelf life of up to 24 hours — complaints submitted after the stated timeframe cannot be accepted. If you are unable to receive your order at the selected time, you may reschedule at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery.
4. BAGS DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
For optimal food quality, EatClean ME provides cooling bags to clients during the term of service. All cooling bags remain the sole property of the Company.
Upon commencement of service, the Client shall pay a refundable deposit of AED 200.00. The Deposit is refunded upon termination or expiry of service, subject to the provisions herein.
The Client must return cooling bags to delivery personnel on a daily basis. Failure to return a bag on any scheduled delivery day will result in a deduction of AED 20.00 from the Deposit per occurrence. Failure to return all bags upon termination, on more than two occasions, results in forfeiture of the entire Deposit.
Delivery shall be made to the Client's designated address within the selected delivery time slot. The delivery team is not required to ring the doorbell or call upon delivery unless formally requested in writing prior to the first delivery.
EatClean will use reasonable endeavours to deliver within the specified delivery window. EatClean accepts no liability for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to adverse weather, traffic disruption, or supplier failure
5. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect certain data as a result of you using our services, as described in our Privacy Policy available at eatcleanme.com/privacy. Personal data you provide — including name, contact details, dietary requirements, and health-related information — is collected and processed solely for the purposes of delivering and improving our services. We do not use your personal data for any purpose unrelated to your subscription without your consent.
If you purchase a product, you may be asked to supply your full name, physical address, contact number and payment details. By providing such information, you allow us to contact you directly via any means whenever needed or for promotional purposes.
6. WHATSAPP COMMUNICATIONS AND AI PROCESSING
EatClean ME operates a WhatsApp customer service channel (+971 58 540 6989). By initiating or continuing a conversation on this channel, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Your messages and the personal data you share (including name, phone number, dietary preferences, and budget information) may be collected and stored to process your enquiry and provide meal plan recommendations.
- Our WhatsApp service uses automated AI-assisted systems to respond to enquiries. These systems process your messages to generate relevant responses. You may request to speak with a human agent at any time by stating this in your message.
- Conversation data is stored securely on servers located within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) in accordance with applicable data protection standards. Conversation data is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of last interaction.
- You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@eatcleanme.com. You may opt out of automated communications at any time by unsubscribing. This will not affect any existing orders or contractual obligations.
- Data collected through WhatsApp will be used solely for the purposes of responding to your enquiry, processing your order, and improving our services. It will not be sold to third parties.
- By submitting feedback, reviews, or testimonials through WhatsApp, our website, app, or any other communication channel, you grant EatClean ME a licence to publish such content together with your first name on our website, social media, and marketing materials. To exclude your name notify info@eatcleanme.com.
7. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the service with or without notice, and shall not be liable to any User or third party should we exercise this right.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
User agrees to indemnify and hold EatClean ME, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and independent contractors harmless from any demand or claim made by any third party due to or arising out of User's use of the service or violation of this Agreement.
9. DISCLAIMER REGARDING ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
EatClean ME uses reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of nutritional and allergen information. Exact values cannot be guaranteed due to natural variation in ingredients. Clients with severe allergies or medical conditions should consult their physician prior to commencing a meal plan.
10. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at info@eatcleanme.com. We will endeavour to resolve any complaint within 14 days. If unresolved, the courts in Dubai, UAE will have jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE.
11. TRADEMARK AND COPYRIGHT INFORMATION
All content on eatcleanme.com, including text, design, graphics, interfaces, and images, is owned by EatClean ME. Any use without prior written permission of an authorised officer is strictly prohibited.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Food Solutions Tech FZCO excludes all liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from use of our website or meal plan services. This exclusion does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE consumer protection law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to that claim.
13. OTHER TERMS
By accepting these Terms, you consent to the use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information as described in our Privacy Policy. If any provision of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. We may revise these Terms at any time by amending this page.
14. UPDATES TO THESE TERMS
Updates are effective upon posting and apply to all orders placed on or after the effective date. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
