Our Athlete Plan was designed for you to customize your macros! We have put together a selection of ingredients that you can mix and match to reach your macros and smash your goals. You will be able to select from a variety of proteins, carbs, veggies and sauces to create your own meals to your liking.

Lifestyle Plan

The Lifestyle Plan is suitable for anyone looking to adopt a healthy lifestyle. The meals are varied with an adequate amount of protein, carbs and fat. Meals cannot be customized in this plan.

Gluten Free Plan

Our Gluten Free plan contains a variety of meals that are 100% gluten free. This plan can help those with gluten sensitivity by boosting their energy levels, reducing inflammation and relieving digestive symptoms.

Pescatarian Plan

This plan is suitable for those who do not eat chicken or meat. We have a wide variety of seafood dishes made with salmon, prawns and dory fish to satisfy your taste buds. You can also choose to include some vegetarian meals with this plan.

Vegan Plan

The vegan plan is suitable for anyone looking to follow a 100% plant-based diet. We make sure you get an adequate amount of protein daily, by including several plant based protein sources such as beans, seeds and nuts. This plan can also be made vegetarian by adding dishes containing eggs and dairy.
