Healthy Vegan Cookie Dough Balls

Eating healthy does not mean giving up on the things we love most in life. For those with a sweet tooth or those occasionally craving a little sweet treat, try making these delicious vegan cookie dough balls:


  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp almond butter
  • 8 mejdool dates
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour


  • Mix all the ingredients in a food processor and add the chocolate chips in the end.
  • Roll into balls and freeze for 2 hours.
