From low calorie to build up plans, we have something for every need. Our meals are tasty, nutritious and affordable, with gluten free, pescatarian, vegan and more options.
Cancellation/Refund Policy for Meal Plans:
- Please note that all payments are non-refundable. Should you wish to stop your package mid-way, you may transfer your days balance to a family member or friend.
Ordering Process for Meal Plans:
- Once you place your order, your first delivery will be 48 hours later if placed before 12:00PM. If your order is placed after 12:00PM, your first delivery will be 72 hours later. Deliveries are made before 6AM every day. If you would like delivery on the weekends, please reach out to our customer service team to customize your order.
- While placing your order, you will be able to select your menu items. If you don't wish to make your selections, you will receive the default menu.
- When you create an account, you can login anytime on the portal or app and you can renew order, edit order, change delivery details, rate items and much more.
- A refundable bag deposit of AED 200 will be charged after placing your order and only refunded once all cooler bags are returned.
Menu:
- The menus rotate on a weekly basis.
- You will be able to select your menu after placing your order. Our team will reach out to you with your login details to get you started. If you do not wish to make your selections, you will receive the default menu.
- In case you have any dislikes/exclusions, you can share up to 3 of them in the exclusions section and we will do our best to avoid them.
Delivery:
- Once your order is placed, the first delivery will be made 48 hours later.
- We deliver to Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, UAQ, Fujairah and RAK.
- While placing your order, you can select your delivery days.
- The meal plan bag will be delivered every morning before 6AM and will be left outside your door in a cooler bag that includes all your meals for the day.
- Please leave the cooler bag from the day prior outside your door every evening so we can replace it with a new bag of goodness for the next day.
- In case there are any changes to the delivery location or meal plan, please make sure to make the changes on the portal 48 hours in advance (before 12:00PM) to ensure your request can be processed.
Refundable Bag Deposit:
AED 200 will be charged at checkout as a cooler bag deposit which will be fully refunded at the end of your plan, once all cooler bags have been returned.

1. Can I pause my plan if I am traveling?
Yes, you can pause your plan for up to 10 days. The meal plan is valid for 90 days from purchase date, so all days need to be consumed within that time period.
3. Can I customize the number of meals and snacks per day?
Yes, you can choose the number of meals you require when ordering your plan.
4. Can I exclude ingredients from my plan?
You can share up to 3 dislikes in the exclusions section and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
5. Can I choose my meals?
Yes, you will be able to select your menu on our app after placing your order.
6. If I don't like the food, can I cancel my plan?
All payments are non-refundable. Should you wish to stop your package mid-way, you may transfer your days balance to a family member or friend.
